Matt Burlin is the Environmental Program Coordinator for the Sustainable Stormwater Division of Portland's Environmental Services. Matt provides outreach and education to Portlanders about sustainable ways to manage stormwater on public and private property. Matt's work is focused on the implementation of ecoroofs and green streets citywide.
